To manage the team of Sales Executives for daily business operations and their growth planning
To penetrate business opportunities from existing and new areas
To ensure adequate brand visibility across assigned territory
Recruitment & retention of Sales Team, Identifying channel partners and driving channel sales teams for retail sales
To demonstrate ability for next level & content of leadership
To plan and rollout network in coordination with network team as per business requirements in the potential Areas.
Reports to (Title): Branch Manager Straight Line & Dotted Line to Zonal Business Manager
Staff Controlled: 10+ off roll staff plus two Team Leaders and Sales Executives
Driving broadband Sales in the respective areas
Relationship Management & strengthening business with the existing Accounts.
Expertise in identifying the business opportunities by evaluating the customer requirements & capabilities and their changing business Needs.
Build a strong premium sales team & focus on strong relationship oriented approach
Focus on New Acquired Accounts and try to churn the existing service Providers
Manage assigned territory to increase revenue and customer
Base through DSA/retail channel and adherence to Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best Coach and support new and existing Sales Associate
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 7,00,000 P.A.
