Role of HR Recruiter:-
- Sourcing candidates from various Job portals/sourcing channels based on the company requirements.
- Defining the hiring process and various sources used (newspapers ad, employee referral, social media platforms, rehiring interested ex employees, Campus drives, job fairs)
- Undertake duties associated with the sourcing, screening (resumes and telephonic round)
- HR interview and selection of staff for further rounds
- Salary negotiations & Salary approvals from HR head and Program heads for candidates shortlisted to be offered.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
- Document collection and file creation and maintenance for HR and BGV purpose
- Able to work with deadlines and under pressure
- Immediate joiner or Max 10 days.
