* Driving AOP Nos for the Zone for the ISP Business
* Manage team of Team Leads and FOSs/Sales Executives for the assigned Area for Activities to generate Leads and convert to Sales
* Extraction and maximize business from the home passes assigned
* Cross Functional Coordination to Onboarding New Customers
* Daily tracking of Teams performance
* Review Funnel/Pipeline of customers to achieve Zone's monthly AOP
Desired Candidate Profile
Having Good experience in Broadband Sales B2C
Should have Knowledge on ISP Business, Preferably from Bangalore Market
Should have an experience in handling Team Leader and Sales Executives
He should be a good Team player with good track records with Very Good Leadership qualities
Candidate must have command on language and fair good knowledge on competition
Candidate should not be frequent Job Changer
Preferably from ISP / Broadband Industry
He is responsible for Building a strong business oriented Team and Achieving the set Targets month on month with good team retention skills
