Roles and Responsibilities

• Set team goals with all team members towards the assigned target.
• Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
• Train, and motivate a Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals.
• Maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities
• Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
• Should Handle a team of 15 to 20 Members
